I cant pay these loans back and I have post dated checks with the payday loan companies. Im afraid they could prosecute me for the bad post dated checks. What is going to be the best way to handle this situation?

Please help: How do I get a bad credit loan that is more than a payday loan?

I have a bankrupcy and then married a man who has very poor credit. However, I have a good income at a stable employment. I am even willing for automatic withdrawls to assure payment. I just need an urgent loan that is not a payday loan.
Please be aware if you are following any of these links that anyone from Nigeria is suspect. One scammed me and to be honest I have not cleared up which one because information was accidentally sent (by me) to the wrong person however I am informed that the other person also received a deposit that could only have been paid to them with ID. These people are GANN TIFANY”

Is there a consolidation loan to pay off payday loans?

I made a huge mistake in using payday loans to help pay bills during a rough time. Now I can’t get from under them and it’s hard to pay on my regular bills. My credit is 495 therefore it has been hard to get a loan.
Is there help for me? Once i can get these loans paid I can make the monthly pay’ts.

How does a payday loan work and how could I get one if I have crappy credit? Do I have to pay the whole amount of the loan back in one payday? And how much would I have to pay back if (just as an example) I got a $1000 payday loan? Is there a lot of paperwork to fill out?

Hello,
As a last resort, I need to borrow from a payday loan place. I am so nervous about doing this, but feel that it is a last resort. Can anyone give me some guidelines or some reputable places? Can someone also walk me through the process? I need to borrow about 900 and make about 4,000 a month. I just dont get paid for another two weeks.

HELP! We are caught in a vicious cycle of trying to pay off payday loans, however, due to the enormous interest rates, we are having difficulty paying them off. We are in the process of rebuilding our credit score, but still have “bad credit”. We desparetly need to get a $1500 installment loan. Insights very much appreciated.
